Chapter Activity Grants
GHHS Chapter Application Process
Submit a 2-3 page proposal including the following:
1. Cover page - click
here.
2. State the goal and intended value of your project.

What issue/problem do you hope to impact?

How do the goals of this project further the mission of the GHHS?

How will this foster humanism in medicine on your campus?

What do you want the planners and target audience to take away?
3. Describe project implementation including activities, number of GHHS members and others implementing the activity, targeted populations, and timeline.
4. Explain the evaluation plan (including methods and how the evaluation will be used).
5. Provide project budget with narrative explanation.
If you are a student, a letter of support from a faculty mentor must accompany the application.
